Zebra ZE500
Designers of the ZE500 series, based on extensive research conducted among customers, focused on developing a structure that guarantees ease of use, integration and maintenance. Designed for customers, the ZE500 printing mechanism is designed to ensure the uninterrupted operation of automated labeling systems of critical importance.
The sleek ZE500 design simplifies maintenance and extremely reduces downtime. All three rollers can be replaced in a few minutes without the need to access the electronic components of the printer. The wide open print head simplifies cleaning and replacement, and the drive system also allows for quick replacement, reducing the time to repair the printer.
Routine activities, such as changing the tape, are easy and simple. The new graphic display can be removed and rotated, allowing flexible adjustment. This makes it easier to use and integrate the device.
The ZE500 provides users with significantly greater comfort of use: the design allows easy integration with automatic labeling systems and is more resistant to dust and water. The series offers even greater integration flexibility due to the expanded interface set and improved software control of the applicator port.
